Internal Components
The Model 2700 plasma spray torch is designed for production applications where uniform and repeatable coatings are desired on inside diameters of 1.5 inches (38 mm) or larger. Standard penetrating lengths for the Model 2700 are 12 inches (305 mm) and 24 inches (610 mm), with custom lengths available. Straight, 45°, and 60° anodes are available, along with a choice of powder injection positions.
