SG-200 Plasma Torch
The SG-200 is robust and proven plasma torch with plenty of options. With this torch you can feed powder internally or externally. Its compact size allows the operator to spray inside diameters as small as 7” while still being able to perform as an excellent outer surface torch as well.

The SG-200 Plasma Spray Torch applies uniform and repeatable Plasma Sprayed coatings to a variety of materials and is ready for use in high-volume production environments as well. Designed for machine or robot mounting, the SG-200 Plasma Spray Torch uses a single water-cooled, self-aligning anode, tungsten cathode and vortex generating gas injector. Maximum power level of the SG-200 is 40kW.

Normal operation of the SG-200 Plasma Spray Torch requires a minimum cooling water flow of 8 gallons per minute @ 200 psi.
