"I just wanted to send you guys a quick note to let you know my experience with working with your team during this project.  Our relationship started with Thermach 2 or 3 years ago when we bought our first push/pull gun from you for a robot integration that we did ourselves.  I was blown away by the service offered to us mainly by Matt Biese whenever I would call Thermach with a problem or issue.  He would always handle it immediately without question.

That was the main catalyst for deciding to go with you guys once we learned you were now doing integration projects.  We then met Michael who had tons of out-of-the-box ideas that helped us form the system we have today. Then a little later in the project we were introduced to Clint. Clint was a phenomenal asset to this project and I'm not sure it would have turned out the same if it wasn't for him working with us and his attitude towards things. Clint is very intelligent and always thinking of "what if" scenarios. He always had a "whatever it takes" attitude and that is something we teach to our employees. We feel it makes us stand out from the rest. Service is a massive key to project work and is unfortunately a dying breed in today's day and age.
