If your tube mill is looking to add or expand zinc seam coating, the Thermach standardized cell delivers a plug-n-play path from concept to production.

A modular hood that scales with your mill. We start with a proven spray hood (approximately 3' × 3' × 4') and dust-capture hood and simply resize them to suit your tube outer diameter (OD), line speed, and floor space. This keeps engineering time (and cost) low while still ensuring proper containment and visibility.

Right-sized dust collection, built-in safety.

Each cell includes an outdoor dust collector sized at 2,000–3,000 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) with a 0.5 to 1 air-to-cloth ratio, explosion venting, and back-draft protection for aluminum and zinc dust.

Integrated arc-spray hardware.

The AT-400 power supply, wire feeder, and 6" extension torch are mounted on a dedicated frame and controlled from a single cabinet that also starts/stops the dust collector.

Flexible wire-handling options.

Feed from spools mounted on the feeder or sealed floor-level drums with orbital hoods and guide liners, so you can choose the footprint that fits your mill.
